Jan. 2011 GVAL Election: Board and Committees

The GVAL is constantly working to grow the organization and make it responsive to the needs of its members. The organization is looking for members who would like to be at the leading edge of its efforts to again make German Village a great location for the arts in Columbus and Ohio. GVAL invites individuals to submit their name and resume for 2011 Board or Committee positions.

April 20, 2011 - All Member Feedback at Gallery 831

All Member Feedback is an informal networking vehicle for presenting artists' work to all members for comment and feedback.

GVAL Members: Bring a sample of your work

When: Wednesday April 20 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm Networking at 6:30 pm Event starts at 7 pm

Where: Gallery 831 at ClaySpace, 831 S. Front Street, Brewery District, (614) 449-8188. Refreshments will be served. We are looking forward to seeing you all again.

German Village Art League is presenting its third annual, "Illuminating Art" All Member Exhibition at Gallery 831 in the Brewery District. Illuminating Art is an annual all-member exhibition that promotes affordable art as gifts for the holidays.

The German Village Art League was formed in 2009 to develop an artist alliance. The league offers exhibition opportunities and a dialogue among artists, and promotes the neighborhood as a creative, artistic community.
