Memberships are paid annually. Your membership expires twelve months after the date you join. GVAL membership $20; Friends of GVAL $20.

"The Language of Art" features visual art complemented by ekphrasis poetry – the graphic, often dramatic description of a visual work of art in poem. Selected artwork will be assigned to a poet, who will produce a poem that reflects their experience with the art.

German Village Art League is presenting its third annual, "Illuminating Art" All Member Exhibition at Gallery 831 in the Brewery District. Illuminating Art is an annual all-member exhibition that promotes affordable art as gifts for the holidays.
